Since 1938, our member owned credit union has supported students, teachers, and local organizations through financial education, scholarships, volunteer service, and community partnerships. We are proud to create opportunities, support underserved populations, and strengthen neighborhoods.

Jovia volunteers partnered with United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island on a beautification project to help create a welcoming outdoor space for program participants.

Jovia volunteers participated in the Oyster Bay/Cold Spring Harbor Protection Committee’s Oyster Gardening Program, helping raise baby oysters that naturally filter water and support healthier local bays.

Jovia partners with Career Day Inc. to connect students with professionals who share real-world career insight and inspire future opportunities.

During our first annual ACLD Earth Day initiative, Jovia team members donated more than 1,000 pounds of clothing to promote sustainability and community reuse.

Each year, Jovia volunteers partner with Backpack Pirates to assemble backpacks filled with essential supplies for the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless.

Jovia and Splish Splash teamed up for our 2nd Annual CareFree Day of “Fun in The Sun”, helping to create an unforgettable opportunity for our local youth and community.

On a hot, 90 degree day, our Jovia team lent a hand to cultivate the Veterans’ Garden supported by the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless.

Jovia team members from across the organization teamed up to help beautify and add a fresh coat of paint to some of the houses of CP Nassau clients.

One of our many projects with Adelphi University includes creating a forum and safe space to have conversations surrounding finance for students.

The Light the Night Walk is a celebration of light to drive out the darkness of cancer and participation has become an annual tradition for Jovia team members.

Our DEI Committee partnered with “The Nest” at Nassau Community College to collect food supplies and then helped deliver them to the food pantry on campus.
