Jovia has built a culture of respecting one another and values a myriad of perspectives while encouraging creativity and employee engagement at all levels within the organization. Jovia aims to bring awareness to diversity in the workplace, encourages employee engagement in conversations and helps to implement internal and external programs, trainings and events. This honor is a result of Jovia’s thought leadership in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and their dedication and commitment to the communities they serve.

The event was held on March 19, 2024 at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY. This recognition by LIBN will further fuel Jovia’s diligence in promoting the sharing of ideas, traditions, and life experiences that demonstrate that there are more things that unite us than those that divide us.
