How do I close my Certificate account in Online and Mobile Banking?
To close your certificate in online banking, sign into online banking and navigate to the “Tools and Resources” tab in the navigation bar.
- Click the “Close” button next to the Certificate you would like to close.
- Select the term, the account you would like to withdraw from, and the amount.
- Then select the withdraw type and the Jovia account which you would like the funds to be deposited into.
