Can I renew my Certificate account in Online and Mobile Banking?
To renew your certificate in online banking, sign into online banking and navigate to the “Tools and Resources” tab in the navigation bar. To renew your certificate in mobile banking, sign into the Jovia mobile app and navigate to the “More” tab on the bottom navigation bar.
- Select “Certificate Renewal.”
- Click the “Renew” button next to the Certificate you would like to make changes to.
- Select the term and whether you would like to add or withdraw funds.
- Confirm the action you would like to take on your certificate.
*You may need to refresh your account summary screen to see the renewal applied.
