Take Control of Your Wallet

Stay in the know when it comes to your money and set your card preferences in card management through Online or Mobile Banking. You can set spending limits, text and email alerts, block certain types of merchants and transactions, and even lock and unlock your card at any time.

In our card management system, you have the ability to turn your card(s) on and off, block certain types of merchants and transactions, and even set a spending limit. It's up to you! And, you are also able to set push notifications and email alerts, so you can stay in the know when it comes to your money.

Sign in to Online or Mobile Banking and go to “Debit & Credit Cards.” and click on “Controls & Alerts,” then on Alerts. You can set up notifications by Locations, Merchant Types, Transaction Types, and Spend Limits.

On the “My Cards” page, “Card is On/Off” will be displayed under each card you have. Use the toggle to turn the card on or off.

If you have “Alerts” for all transactions selected, all controls will be grayed out. To set up alerts on specific transactions, please select the radio button next to “Alerts” for selected transactions.

All one-time transactions are blocked when you set a card to OFF. However, any recurring payments will continue to process normally.

Yes! Using the "Merchant Type" tab within the "Control and Alert" section, you can set blocks for specific spending categories such as "Restaurants" and "Travel”.

Yes. Using the "Transaction Type" tab within the "Controls and Alerts" section, you can set blocks for specific types of transactions such as ATM, online, mail/phone order, and other types of transactions.

Yes! In the "Controls and Alerts" section, in the "Spend Limits" tab, you can toggle the block on and off and set your own customized limit. All transactions outside of the set threshold will be blocked.
