How do I set up a reminder for my term certificate maturity date?

You may set up an account alert in Online Banking to help remind you of your certificate maturity date.

1. Log in to Online Banking, select Notifications from the top menu, then Settings.
2. Click Add an alert and choose Maturity Date under Reminders.
3. Enter the number of days before maturity that you would like to receive the alert, then select your delivery preference: email, SMS, or both.
4. To receive a push notification on your mobile device, log in to the Jovia mobile app after the alert is added in Online Banking, tap the gear icon on the top right, select Push Notifications, and turn the setting on.
