How can I see the status of a check I deposited with mobile deposit?
You can see the history of checks deposited through mobile deposit. To access the history:
- Sign into the mobile app
- Go to Deposit Checks
- Tap History
You will be able to view 180 days of mobile deposit history that includes real-time check status (pending, accepted, rejected), deposit information, and the front and back images of the check. Simply select a deposit, deposit information, and the check image will display. If you touch the check image, a larger image displays.
