How do I set up a travel notification to avoid any issues with my Visa® debit or credit card?
Place your travel notifications within our Online Banking platform. Be sure to give us a few days notice so we can set up your account appropriately.
Travel notifications submitted Monday through Friday before 4:00pm will be processed that day.
To report a travel notification after 4:00pm weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, please call the following numbers directly:
- Debit Cards: (833) 929-2135
- Credit Cards: (866) 820-3031
Travel dates cannot exceed one (1) year. You would need to notify the credit union annually to extend travel dates.
