Multi-factor Authentication
When enrolling in online and mobile banking, we will ask whether you would like to set up multi-factor authentication. How can I pay my Jovia Visa® Credit Card?
There are several options available to you for making your monthly credit card payment.
Pay Online
- You can make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments with Jovia’s Online and Mobile Banking.
- To pay from a Jovia account, look for the Credit Card Account on the Accounts Page. Click the "Pay" button.
- To pay with an External Account, go to Debit & Credit Cards, select the card, and click on "Make a Payment".

- What if I need a payment posted on the same day?
You can use Guest Pay, our “pay as a guest” service, to make a real-time payment from an external bank account or debit card. You will need your credit card number and the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN). Visit jovia.financial/guestpaycreditcard.
Reminder: Payments via a Jovia checking or savings account can be processed via online and mobile banking. - Can Jovia help me set up automatic payments?
Yes, we can! Complete the Credit Card Preauthorized Payment Form to sign up for recurring payments. When you enroll in Automatic Payments, recurring payments will be debited from your Jovia checking or savings account and applied toward your credit card payment.
Pay by Phone
- Make a one-time payment with our Automated Telephone Service. Simply dial 908-822-8558 to make your payment from a non-Jovia account, 24 hours a day.

How do I check my credit score?
Jovia members can access their quarterly credit score through online banking or the Jovia mobile app.
To access your credit score within online banking:
- Sign in to online banking with your username and password
- Navigate to Tool & Resources within the menu
- Select Credit Score
To access your credit score from the mobile app:
- Sign in with your username and password
- Tap More from the menu
- Tap Financial Health
- Select Credit Score
