Looking for an internship or your first career opportunity in banking? Look no further, Jovia’s Summer Internship Program is your gateway to a meaningful career start. This 10-week program is designed to complement your education while helping you gain hands-on experience, build transferable skills, and connect with industry leaders.
As a Jovia intern, you’ll work on real-world projects that make an impact, all while exploring what a career in the credit union world can offer.
Jovia’s Summer Internship Program
Jovia’s Summer Internship Program offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (up to 20 hours/week) opportunities across a variety of back-office departments. Selected interns join the team starting in June and continue through August, gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a professional credit union environment.

Program Qualifications
- Candidates should be pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in relevant field with a 3.5 or higher GPA
- Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and follow-through
- Work collaboratively & independently
- Must have working knowledge of Windows OS and Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow

Capstone Presentation
To wrap up the program, interns showcase their contributions to their departments in a final presentation to Jovia’s leadership team, celebrating accomplishments and takeaways from the summer.

At Jovia, we want our interns to share their real experiences. As part of your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our marketing team to create fun and engaging social media content that highlights your journey and gives future interns a behind-the-scenes look at life at Jovia.
Whether it’s filming a day-in-the-life video, joining a quick interview about your favorite project, or capturing moments with your fellow interns, you’ll play a key role in telling the story of what it’s like to grow with us.
By the end of the program, you’ll have fresh storytelling skills, new confidence on camera, and content that showcases your growth and impact on the organization.
