How long will it take for the Biller/Payee to receive a Bill Pay payment and when will the money be debited from my account?

• Check payments are mailed on the Send Date, meaning it may take up to seven business days for the Biller/Payee to receive your payment. When setting up check payments, make sure you schedule the payment at least 7 days before the due date. 
  Additionally, the funds for a check payment will not be debited on the Send Date. A paper check will be mailed to the recipient, so the funds will remain in your account until the recipient deposits or cashes it.
• If you are sending an electronic payment, it will be debited from your account on the 'Send Date.’
