How do I get started with Bill Pay?

Consumer member

• Online Banking: Log in to online banking. On the main navigation, select to Payments & Transfers, then Bill Pay.
• Mobile Banking App: Log into Jovia’s Mobile Banking App and click Bill Pay on the bottom navigation menu.

Business member

• Online Banking: Log in to online banking. On the main navigation, select Additional Services, then Bill Pay.
• Mobile Banking App: Log into Jovia’s Mobile Banking App and click Bill Pay on the bottom navigation menu.
