To make this list, a financial institution had to be ranked by survey respondents on their “level of satisfaction with the credit union, their willingness to recommend it to others, and to rate the organization based on criteria including: customer service, the quality of financial advice offered by representatives, fee structures, ease of navigating digital and in-person services and the degree of trust the financial institution inspired.” Survey responses were collected, verified and ranked by a market research firm, Statista. Institutions with the highest scores landed on the list.
“We are proud to be recognized and featured in such a renowned magazine and publishing powerhouse,” said Chief Marketing Officer Renu Dalessandro. “This recognition and ranking by members is proof of our success in our mission to provide superior financial products, attentive service, and unrivaled ease of doing business powered by the credit union spirit.”
Jovia was one of only 207 credit unions nationwide who were featured, and one of only eight in New York State who made the ranking.
