How do I enable authenticator apps within online and mobile banking?

You can enable this feature by logging into online banking, clicking “My Settings”, scrolling down to “Security Options” and clicking the “Edit” link. Then, flip the authenticator switch from OFF to ON, enter your password, and click save. After entering your password and clicking save, a QR code and authenticator code will appear under Security Options.

Next, you will open your chosen authenticator app on your mobile device and either scan the QR code or enter the authenticator code. After enrolling, if prompted for multi-factor authentication, you can now choose to use your authenticator as the last option in the list and enter the code displayed within your authenticator app instead of waiting for an email, phone call, or text message.
