Where to Park at Jones Beach

• Parking fields 3, 4, and 5 are connected to the beachfront by tunnels under Ocean Parkway, providing easy access to the Central Mall Area.
• Parking fields 1, 2, and 6 are Oceanfront parking areas with accessible parking.
   

In order for the fireworks program to be enjoyed by all, the following items are prohibited:

• NO Drones
• NO Weapons, including kitchen knives
• NO Balloons
• NO Walking on the dunes
• NO Fireworks, including sparklers
• NO Kite flying
• NO Pets of any kind
• NO Frisbees, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades
• NO Sale or vending without a permit
• One 12 oz alcoholic beverage will be allowed per person over the age of 21

How much does it cost to park?

Park visitors will be charged a $10 parking fee per car.

New York State Park’s seasonal Empire Pass and/or applicable Access Passes will be accepted.

How long is the fireworks show?

The Jovia Financial Credit Union Fireworks Spectacular will begin at 9:30 p.m. and will last 30 minutes.

WALK 97.5 FM and KJOY-98.3 FM will simulcast music during the fireworks presentation.

What about the weather?

This is a “rain or shine” event, though severe weather could delay or cancel the fireworks.

The Jones Beach boardwalk provides access to various amenities, including restrooms, first aid stations, The Gatsby on the Ocean Restaurant, retail shops and concession stands. At the Central Mall, located between parking fields 4 and 5, you will also find WildPlay Adventure Parks, East and West Games Areas, special event food and beverage, and the Boardwalk Café.

Jones Beach Chalet

Looking to upgrade your July 4th experience? You’re in luck! We are bringing the Jones Beach Hospitality Program to the Jovia Financial Credit Union Fireworks Spectacular on July 4th! 

Whether you’re hosting friends, family, colleagues, or clients, we have the space to suit your needs. The Jones Beach Chalet provides a premier viewing area for our guests, and all proceeds from the Hospitality Program benefit the Foundation for Long Island State Parks and contribute to the event fees paid by NYS Parks. 

Jones Beach Chalet ticketholders will view this spectacular Fireworks display from a private beachfront area set up specifically for our Chalet ticket holders. Registered guests will also enjoy a fully catered Hot and Cold Buffet Dinner, Beverage Service that includes a beer and wine bar at no additional fee, one (1) Parking Pass per order, and use of upgraded Private Restroom facilities conveniently located for Chalet guests only. The Jones Beach Chalet offers centrally located shared seating and provides unrestricted performance viewing for all guests.
